Advanced User Security System For Complete User Access Control

The Advanced User Security system gives your business complete control over what access you want to assign to each of your administrative users.

It is easy to set up custom "roles" that you can then assign to your users to control what screens and reports they have access to. You can even control detailed access by specifying if a user role is allowed to add, update, delete or simply view certain data in ClassJuggler.

This system is powerful, yet easy-to-use to give you complete control over what each of your administrtive user's can do in your account.

Advanced User Security is included with Enterprise ClassJuggler and is available to our Standard ClassJuggler clients for a small additional fee.

    You'll have complete control over which of your administrative users or "helpers" can view information, add new data, update existing data, and delete data.

  • Customize ClassJuggler access by a user's "job"

    For example: create a custom role for your instructors to limit them to managing attendance, skills, and class enrollment. Create a custom role for your bookkeeper to allow access to financial screens and reports. Set up a special role for your front desk or receptionist to allow them to view data only.

    You have complete control over who has access to what information.

    You may wish to allow some information that is considered private to not be viewable by all your users. For example, you could limit access to a customers credit card account information or information related to their charges and payments.

  • If I don't want the advanced security system, can I still control access to parts of ClassJuggler?

    The security system is still available to all ClassJuggler clients. You will be limited to using a set of default "roles" built-in to ClassJuggler. You will not be able to create custom roles unless you have the Advanced Security System.

  • How much of ClassJuggler can I restrict or control with the Advanced Security System?

    The ClassJuggler security system has over 70 specific privileges, each with four (4) individual access levels. More privileges are being added all the time.

  • If I want to prevent my assistant from deleting customer and student records, can I do that?

    Yes. The advanced security system allows you to let your assistant view customer and student records, and even modify them, while at the same time restricting them from deleting records.

  • I am worried one of my teachers may steal my list of customers and start her own business?

    If you need to provide that person with access to your ClassJuggler account, you can use the Advanced Security System to prevent them from running a customer or student listing report to reduce the chance they will steal your data.

    You can also use the separate user Access Control features of ClassJuggler (available to all clients) to only allow access to ClassJuggler from a designated computer or on days and times you specify.
