  • What do I need to process credit/debit card payments from my customers?

    You will need a merchant and gateway account to process credit card payments. ClassJuggler can provide you with both of these services through its partners.

  • How secure is my customer's credit information in ClassJuggler?

    Credit card information is stored only with CyberSource NOT on ClassJuggler's servers, providing you the most secure transactions possible. Our service is fully PCI compliant.

  • I already have a merchant account, can I use it with ClassJuggler?

    Yes, if your merchant account supports "Card Not Present" billing.

  • How do I get started?

    Simply call our sales department and we will collect some basic information to get the process started. We will be there to help you with the set-up of your merchant account and gateway, every step of the way.

  • How long does it take to get set up?

    Typically it takes between 2 and 3 days to complete the set-up of your new merchant and Gateway accounts.

  • How much will my merchant account and gateway cost each month?

    Your fees depend entirely on the types of credit cards you customer's pay with each month. ClassJuggler can offer you very competitive rates that usually beat the rates available from your bank or other merchant processing providers. Give us a call and we can provide you with a no-obligation rate quote.

  • What about PayPal?

    PayPal does not integrate directly with ClassJuggler which can mean more work for you each month. You cannot securely store payment information with PayPal which leads to more late payments and higher payment collection costs with your customers. Your monthly rates are typcially higher with PayPal than with ClassJuggler.

  • Is credit card processing available to Canadian businesses?

    Yes. You will need a merchant account with Toronto Dominion Bank and your payment gateway with our partner CyberSource. Call our sales department and we can help you with the set-up process.
