This statement applies solely to information collected on this website and does not include information collected and managed in the online service ClassJuggler (Service, or "The Service"), which is covered under a separate Service and License Agreement.

HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION
ClassJuggler only collects information willingly volunteered by visitors/subscribers. No attempt is ever made to collect information via clandestine means (such as SpyWare).
Information may, from time to time, be shared with partners of ClassJuggler for the sole purpose of offering value-added services to enhance the ClassJuggler online Service.

Information required to complete a purchase of the ClassJuggler Service
As part of the process to purchase the ClassJuggler Online Service, information is collected to allow the establishment of an account with our Service. This information includes:
- Company Information - Company name, address, phone numbers, and email
- Business Information - Size of customer-base or number of students. Number of classes offered. Used for calculating pricing.
- Payment Information - Payee name, address, phone number, email, and credit card information
NOTE: All credit card information is collected only for transmission through our payment gateway provider for processing by merchant bank services. No credit card information is stored on ClassJuggler servers.
Information required to establish a demonstration account
This information is used to establish a temporary demonstration account for use by a visitor to evaluate ClassJuggler for their business. This information includes:
- Company Name - Company name, address, phone numbers, and email
- Visitor/Subscriber Information - Name, address, phone number, and email
Information collected for use in establishing demonstration accounts may be used for direct communication/followup and marketing of ClassJuggler to prospective subscribers.
eMail, and other information, as part of a subscription to an opt-in newsletter
Visitors/subscribers may opt-in to our regularly published eMail newsleter. Information gathered for subscription to this newsletter is held confidentially and is never shared with third parties. Subscribers may opt-out of this service at any time.
