The Need:

Amy Forde, director and owner of the Let's Dance studio in South Carolina knew that she needed a business software solution to manage classes, customers, and payments for her growing business. Her first studio, which she purchased in Mauldin, South Carolina in 1995, grew rapidly, offering skilled dance instruction and classes in a new state-of-the-art facility.

Forde's research on the right business software solution proved frustrating, given the high prices of most CD-ROM solutions and the need to pay again and again if she wanted to take advantage of software upgrades.
