ClassJuggler live support isn’t available 24/7, but that’s exactly why we created the Online Help Manual — your first guide to go to any time, day or night.

You can access it from any screen in ClassJuggler. Whether you want to learn about the page you’re on, search for answers, or browse like a training manual, the Help Manual has you covered. It’s packed with answers to common questions and step-by-step guidance on how features work.

Just look for the Help & Tips Menu in the bottom left corner of your screen — highlighted in green text so it’s easy to spot.

Two Key Pricing Updates - Small Change, Big Value!

If your ClassJuggler Subscription IS PAID by your Franchisor (e.g., Fun Bus), PLEASE IGNORE THIS SECTION.

The price of many things we regularly consume (e.g., Netflix subscription, Big Mac) have increased materially since 2014.

However, ClassJuggler prices have remained the same during this period while our operating costs have grown significantly. To maintain excellent service and invest in significant future improvements, we’re making a couple of changes effective August 2025.

  1. INTRODUCING the Annual Platform Maintenance Fee

  2. Starting August 15, 2025, all clients who have used ClassJuggler for at least 12 months will be charged a yearly platform maintenance fee, per the schedule below. This supports security, business continuity, and system upgrades. The fee is based on your number of student records (active and inactive) as indicated in the table below.

    Some things to note:

    • Newer clients will be charged after completing 12 months
    • The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
    • Fees may increase by 3–7% annually to adjust for inflation — we’ll always provide 60 days’ notice
    • annual maintenance fees

  3. UPDATING the 3rd-Party Credit Card Processing Fee
  4. If you have or open a merchant account with ClassJuggler, 3rd-party processing fees DO NOT apply.

    For clients not using ClassJuggler for merchant processing (in regions where we offer it), we are updating our 3rd-party network fees. These fees are increasing by $3 per month in each tier,i.e.,
