Facing an audit? Have You Seen Our Newest Financial Report?

The Customer Transactions and Voids report is the newest report in ClassJuggler:

The customer transactions report, released in April, can:

  • Display all transactions, including voided transactions, to a PDF or CSV file for all customers or a selected customer.
  • Show customer transaction information for up to one year for all customers and up to 10 years for a selected customer.
  • Be filtered by the administrator that created the original transactions which can be a great help to you in an audit.
  • Show voided transactions, allowing you to quickly locate them.

On the Road Again… The 2019 Summer Trade Show Schedule

This is our fifth year participating in the Dance Teacher Summit and our ninth year participating in the Dance Teacher Web. If you are attending either of these, we would love to see you in person! Let us know you are coming, and drop by the booth to say hello.

ClassJuggler is holding a drawing for three full-attendee passes to Dance Teacher Summit in Long Beach CA, valued at $575.00 each, and one full-attendee pass to Dance Teacher Web, held in Las Vegas NV, valued at $647.00. This contest is only available for people who have not already registered to attend. We will take entries through Friday, May 31, and announce the winners of the contest on Monday, June 3. To enter:

  1. You may only enter the contest for one of the two conferences.
  2. You must be a studio owner, staff member, or teacher at least 16 years of age.
  3. You cannot already be registered for either conference.
  4. Send an email to and provide: your full name, phone, email, which conference you want to attend, and the studio you represent. Also tell us your position at the studio: owner, office manager, teacher, etc.
NOTE: All travel, lodging, and other expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

A Cool Tip for Summer

With summer right around the corner, many of you are setting up classes and camps for your summer session. A helpful tip for those who do not charge registration for summer classes is to disable your Customer Portal Registrations.

You can disable this temporarily in the Customer Portal and re-enable this before your Fall class registrations begin.

  1. Go to Tools > Customer Portal Manager.
  2. Under the "Student Registrations Rules" tab, turn OFF new student registrations.
  3. Don't forget to turn the new student registrations ON before your Fall class registrations begin.
You can still handle registrations manually through incoming orders. Only the automated registrations will be disabled.
