If you have not yet discovered the Skills feature in ClassJuggler yet, you’re in for a treat.

The Skills feature makes tracking skills for students as easy as tracking their attendance. You can track skills in groups by class, or simply by adding to a student’s record as they master each skill.

Here’s how:

  1. Set up a list of skills under the Preferences > Skills Management screen.
  2. To track skill assessments by class, add one or more of your skills to selected classes from the Class Maintenance screen. These skills are now quickly accessible from the Assign and Manage Skills screen from your selected classes.

3. To individually assign skills to students a la carte, simply go to any student record, click on their Manage and View Skills screen, and you’ll be able to easily add any skill to that student’s record.
