Why We Love Meeting Customers Face-To-Face

One of our greatest pleasures from any of the tradeshows we attend for class-based businesses is getting to meet you, our customers, face-to-face. Why that matters? Let us count the ways…

  • Let’s start with the obvious: We are an online business, which means that it’s a rare and special treat to actually meet our customers. The easiest way to do that is when we are both in attendance at a convention or tradeshow related to your business.
  • We pride ourselves in having the industry’s best customer support services, part of which is relating to you as a person, not just some entity/business. For us to meet each other and be able to put a face to the name makes our future interactions more personable, like talking to someone you know personally.
  • It’s fun. 🙂 How else will we get a photo op like this!
  • Meeting up is valuable from a business-to-business perspective; we share in common the fervent desire to have your business operate at the highest level of efficiency so that you can do the very thing that you got into business to do — help your students get better at what you teach.
