Customer Self-Service: A Popular and Time-Saving Feature

Want to give your customers access to their own account to view and update their information? What if your customers could make a payment online and set up a recurring payment credit/debit card for their account?

They can with ClassJuggler's Customer Self-Service Center…and with our Self-Service Manager, it's never been easier to set up and control your customers' access to the system.

The Customer Self-Service Center will bring time and cost savings to your business by offering your customers the ability to manage their own records.

With the Customer Self-Service Center your customers can:

  • Enter and manage complete student data.
  • View current classes, class history, and attendance information for each student.
  • Register students and shop for classes.
  • Review/Print account history and statements.
  • Make a payment with an on-file card or any credit/debit card*
  • Add or update and online credit/debit card for periodic billing*
*Must have merchant processing enabled. Give us a call to get started.

Year-End Class Management Tools That Can Save You Time

As the year comes to an end and many studios are getting ready to launch their Winter season, we're hearing a lot of questions about dealing with "Expired" classes. There are several ways you can go about setting up new classes.

One way is to re-open the class by simply changing the end date. This will make the class active again, but you will need to make sure you update your enrollment information...dropping and adding students as appropriate.

A second method and the cleanest way to accomplish creating new classes would be to use our "Copy Class" feature. This option allows you to copy all of the attributes of a class record except for enrolled students. To copy a class, select any expired class and click on the "Copy Class" action button.

If you need to create new classes from a large list of expired classes, you can use the Mass Class Copy tool found under the Tools main menu. This time saver allows you to select a large number of expired classes and make copies of them all with just a few clicks.

Once your new inactive classes are created, you can edit any class information as needed and finally "Offer" the class to activate it for enrollment.
