Record Customer Payments Fast and Efficiently in ClassJuggler

Here's a neat feature to save you lots of time and effort entering payments each month.

While you can always go directly to a customer's account page and click on the "Input Payment" button to record payments, this isn't the fastest method when you have a stack of checks in front of you to record.

That's where the ClassJuggler Billing System comes into play. When you click on the Billing main menu in ClassJuggler you are taken directly to step #1 of the billing cycle, 1. Customer Payments. This screen was designed to be used both during your regular billing cycle and whenever you want to enter more than one payment. The Customer Payments screen has tools for both manual payment entry as well as batch payment processing for those clients that use our merchant processing services.

When entering a stack of checks, for example, all you need to do is click on a customer's name in the listing and "voila," the Input Payment window is displayed, ready to accept the details of the payment you are entering. And because you can quickly search by name for customers right on the listing, it saves you multiple mouse clicks and page loads entering each payment.

So next time you are sitting down to enter a stack of checks (or cash or manual credit card payments), try the Customer Payments screen under the Billing main menu. You'll save time and energy that is better spent teaching classes!

  • Every Monday in January at approximately at 5 p.m. (Pacific), we will post two quiz questions, one on the ClassJuggler Facebook page and one on the ClassJuggler Twitter page. You can play each week on both Facebook and Twitter to increase your chances of winning. The cutoff for responding with correct answers will be each Wednesday by 5 p.m. Pacific time.
  • Post the correct answer to one or both of the questions, and you'll be entered into that week's drawing. ClassJuggler reserves the right to deem answers as correct or not correct.
  • ClassJuggler will randomly select one two quiz winners each week for Starbucks gift cards, one from each social site and announce the winners on our social media sites. Each person can win just once per week.
  • At the end of January, ClassJuggler will randomly draw one grand prize winner from all of the correct responses. The grand prize is an Apple iPod. The grand prize winner will be announced on our social media sites.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter.
  • Twitter-specific rules: In order for ClassJuggler to see your quiz answer, use @reply in your Twitter update so that we can see your entry.
  • Facebook-specific rules: To qualify for an entrance, you must first "Like" the ClassJuggler page.
  • Contest available to US and Canadian residents 18 years and older.

At the end of the month, we will draw one grand prize winner from all of the correct responses.
