As many of you know, ClassJuggler has been working for months on a complete overhaul of the Customer Self-Service Center (also referred to as the Parent Portal). This goal of this project is two-fold. The first, and most important goal, is to create a 100% mobile responsive and friendly environment for your customers (parents) to register and interact with your business. Whether your customer uses a desktop, tablet, or a 4.5" iPhone screen, we are making sure the self-service center looks good and operates smoothly on all devices. The second goal of this project is to make the self-service center easier to use and to build a platform for adding additional features for doing even more with your customers online.
We are targeting a May rollout to a select few clients who are interested in influencing the final look and feel of the customer self-service portal. We will then launch the new self-service center to the rest of our clients.
