We have started the initial round of beta testing with real ClassJuggler clients like you. Our goal is to get feedback on the user interface and user experience in order to polish any rough edges on the new customer portal.
And speak about simplifying things. With this new rollout, we will be officially renaming the system to the "Customer Portal", updated from the old name the "Customer Self-Service Center." While this isn't a big change, we feel that more customers (e.g. parents) will better understand the new simplified name.
