No Power? Not Safe to Travel? No Problem.

Robo-Text Messages to the Rescue!

If you need to cancel classes because of a power outage or unsafe roads and need a quick and easy way to do this, ClassJuggler's Mass Text Messaging tool (a.k.a "robo-text") can handle the job for you.

This built-in highly customizable texting tool makes it easy to get timely SMS text messages to all or a subset of your customers. And you can filter your text message recipient list by certain attributes so that it only goes to the right audience for your message.

It's almost the end of the 2019 calendar year. At the end of each year, we like to remind our ClassJuggler clients that it is a good time to do a little maintenance on your ClassJuggler account and think of ways of improving your business. Here are some suggestions we know will help not only save you money but headaches over time:

  • Cut your costs by using the Mass Status Change and Inactive Record Manager tools to make old records inactive, export them from the database, and reduce your database size.
  • Take advantage of the powerful Customer Payments and Deposit Summary reports for end-of-year financial reporting, reconciliation, and for use at tax time.
  • If you are not already using the mobile friendly Customer Portal to save hours monthly on registrations and customer communications, now is the time to add this feature to your ClassJuggler account.
  • Give yourself a competitive edge by adding Merchant Processing to your ClassJuggler account. Not only does this save you and your staff hours of work managing payments from customers, but it adds convenience and batch processing capabilities, such as being able to collect hundreds of payments in a single click!
