ClassJuggler Coronavirus Relief Announcements

Important Coronavirus Announcements for Our Clients

We have heard from so many of you regarding the difficulties that the Coronavirus outbreak has caused for your businesses. No businesses has been untouched, including ours.

We know that almost all of you are canceling classes. Those of you fortunate enough to be able to provide online classes have already moved quickly to start implementing those (see below for tips on this). This is obviously a great strain on your budgets, and hardly any business can stay closed for a long period without serious financial difficulty.

That is why we are announcing a set of measures ClassJuggler is taking to help each and every one of our clients during this difficult time. It is so important for ClassJuggler to do what we can for you, our clients, so that you can continue with your business once we are past this uncertain time. With that said, here are two steps we are taking immediately to help our clients.

A 25% discount off your April ClassJuggler services

We will be providing ALL of our clients with a 25% discount off April service fees. We realize ClassJuggler isn't your largest monthly expense, but every dollar counts when classes are canceled. For those clients already receiving a discount (for example, non-profits) your discount will be increased up to the full 25%.

  Relief on merchant processing fees

Over the past two weeks ClassJuggler held meetings with our merchant processing partners Frontline Processing and CardConnect. We asked both to consider waiving all monthly fixed fees for our clients for April. They have both agreed! We are so pleased to pass this information along. That means that you will only be paying fees on actual payments processed and no other additional fees, such as monthly statement fees, minimums, etc.

And as always, don't hesitate to reach out with your questions...

Please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. We want to know how you are doing during this challenging time. We are planning to continue normal support hours for all clients!

Tips for Delivering Virtual Classes

While we realize not all of you can deliver online classes, especially our gymnastics and swim clients, for those of you that can deliver some classes online, here are some tips we've gathered over the past week.

Sign up for a free video sharing service

Many of the major online learning services are offering free accounts during the Coronavirus crisis. We have talked with several clients implementing Zoom.us, WebEx, or Join.me, among others, at their businesses.

A longtime client, Amy Forde of Let's Dance in Mauldin South Carolina, shared with us that they purchased 2 inexpensive TV screens and have each connected to a computer via an HDMI cable in each of their classrooms. From the classrooms a teacher is able to connect up with students in their homes via video share so each student can see their teacher, and the teacher can see each student – by dragging all the student's video windows to the large TV screen connected to the computer.

While Amy acknowledged that it took some fiddling with the software and some long support calls (the providers are swamped), she was able to get this up and running in a relatively short time and has had success keeping her students on their regular class schedules. Amy also claimed, "I am one of the most technically challenged people you'll ever meet, ha ha, so if I can get this working you can too!" Amy also recommended joining discussions on Facebook chat groups or other forums as there are a growing number of topics discussing online training.
