Here Come Fall Classes and Registrations

It seems like you just got your summer sessions running and now you're likely thinking about or already planning for your Fall classes. ClassJuggler can help you get a head start so you'll be ready when your customers start (virtually) lining up for enrollment. Here's a list of tools and features to help you get ready quickly:

  • Copy Class & Mass Copy Class — These great features help you copy your existing or expired classes (using them as a template) to use for your new sessions. Copy classes individually or copy a large group of classes for a new session.
  • Mass Status Change — A perfect tool to run at the end of a session that will convert all students who are not actively enrolled in a class to an Inactive status to help you better manage your students over time.
  • Customer Confirmation Statements – As you complete your enrollment period for fall classes, use the Customer Confirmation Statements Report to email or print statements showing each customer the classes they have chosen for their family. This is a great way to get corrections and changes from customers right before the new classes start.
  • Account Categories – Now is a great time to start using account categories to label your new classes so that each tuition charge will be "tagged" with the chosen account category. This gives you the ability to run very detailed reports by account category to see how much income a particular class or group of classes is earning your business.
  • Customer Portal – While almost all our clients use this great feature, there are still some that don't. Its a great time to start. The Customer Portal allows your customers to self-register, set up recurring payment information, view and manage their family data, agree to your policies, shop for classes, and so much more, all from the comfort of their own home; and without you or your staff lifting a finger Our customers tell us that the Customer Portal pays for itself within the first few days of the month, now that their customers can do so much on their own.
  • Merchant Processing — Make your monthly billing cycle, so much easier, by collecting payments from your customer's Visa, MC, Amex, or Discover card (credit or debit). Your customers demand it, and it helps save you save time and stay competitive in your market.
