Changes in Customer Support

If you didn't already know, Angela, one of our customer service members, has moved on to pursue her passion for teaching. We are so excited for Angela and wish her the very best in her new career!

We would like to introduce the newest member of the ClassJuggler support team, Shawna, to all our clients. Shawna has been learning all the ins and outs of ClassJuggler for the past several weeks and is looking forward to helping you with training and any questions you may have.

Security Tips From the Support Team

ClassJuggler has the highest regard for system security. In addition to the user access and privilege system features we discussed in our November newsletter, there is an important account-based security feature that we often get questions about.

When you log into your ClassJuggler account, you remain "active," or logged into the system for 30 minutes between "clicks."  Meaning, if you do not click on anything for 30 minutes: menus, save buttons, other action buttons, links, etc., ClassJuggler will "time you out" and kick you back to the sign-in screen.

This feature exists to protect you and your business from anyone with malicious intent from accessing a computer that was left signed in to an active account. These are the same features that banking and credit card sites use to protect your sensitive data.

We know that from time to time you may be working on a particularly long email template, or come back from a telephone call to work on something and get booted out of ClassJuggler. It can be frustrating.

One easy fix is to click the "save" button periodically while you are working on an email template or other screen. This will "reset" the 30-minute timer on your session allowing you to continue working un-interrupted.

To help with this issue even more, we will be introducing an automated "reminder" alert to all of the email template screens. This new feature will come in the next release of ClassJuggler, to help remind you to save your work before your session times out.
